Gluten Free & Lactose Free Heaven! Cannot wait to come back and get more. This is an absolute gem of a place. I found it on the way to eating Mexican and was like, “Way healthier dude! Let’s go!” Great owners! Great music. Great atmosphere. Make sure you enjoy ALL the options available.

I absolutely LOVE, The Nutrition Glow! They make everything with love and are very sweet people. Everything is made to order and is healthy! ever since I started going here I will never give my business to another smoothie place. They always greet you with kindness and compassion just like family! Support this mom and pops place, you won’t regret it :)

I have become a regular here and there is such a warm and welcoming environment. I also get the loaded teas but there are many great food options available. The owners are excellent and always greet me with kindness and it makes my morning. The waffles are also amazing.

My friend and I found this amazing place to try and I will 100% recommend! The service was amazing, they were super nice, and very welcoming. The waffles were so yummy and the drinks were too! Very fast and efficient.Will be coming back :)

I have tried some of their smoothies and I have never been disappointed. The cinnamon bun milkshake is one of my favorite drinks I have had in a long time. If I lived nearby, I would be there all the time but the heat of summer discourages me from taking the bus . There are many flavors of smoothies they carry but the cinnamon bun one is the best for me.

We visited Nutrition Glow today for the first time after playing pickleball nearby. The smoothies, refreshers, protein shake, bowls and waffle sandwich were delicious and fresh! Service was excellent, we will definitely be back.

What a wonderful surprise! It was around Valentine’s Day…. I was hungry, a bit tired and looking for something healthy to perk me up a bit. I found The Nutrition Glow by doing a search of “healthy food near me” It was such a good experience! First the place is super nice and clean - with a a fun charming ambiance (and owners). They both made me feel very welcome. . I had the most delicious pistachio shake. It was not only yummy - but also healthy and satisfying… and delivered to me along with a beautiful rose… this was such a thoughtful gesture - and totally made my day! I would highly recommend The Nutrition Glow to anyone looking for some good quality, healthy delicious food (and shakes) - served in a cute restaurant with loads of ambiance. I also got some of the freshly baked lemon protein cookies… and thoroughly enjoyed those later that evening. The Nutrition Glow is definitely a GREAT new addition to our Winter Springs and Longwood areas. Very thankful to have found a new place to go when wanting something healthy, quick and delicious….they also have a cozy comfortable seating area - so it could be nice place to meet a friend as well. Either way - I’ll definitely be going back again sometime soon!

Nutritional Glow is a great spot for an açaí bowl! Everything was super fresh and tasted amazing—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, and the owners are super kind. The menu is also very complete with lots of great options. Definitely coming back!
